How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders that were placed before 12 PM on working days (Mon-Fri, exclude national holidays) will be shipped on the same day. Any received order after 12 PM will be shipped on the next working days.

What if there’s a shipping mistake or damage in the product I received?

• We suggest you to IMMEDIATELY contact our Customer Service through cs@kleveru.co.id within 7 days after receiving your order, as written on our return policy.

• Our Customer Service staff will verify and check your order.

Can I participate in filling Kleveru.com blog?

Yes, you can. Please send a word file to partner@kleveru.co.id for blog submission.

Is there a price difference between the website and other shopping platforms?

Basically, the prices of products on websites and another platform are the same. However, there are promotions available in certain shops which will cause differences in product’s price.
